Jasmine Chen is the founder of Capsule, a comprehensive self-development solution. After Princeton, Harvard, and six years of finance in M&A, Private Equity at the Caryle Group, and equities investing at Marcato Capital, she was disappointed to see herself and many high achieving peers still dealing with personal and professional issues that took up valuable mind space.
