Find Your Strong Points (And Then Make Them Stronger)

*YouTube secret included*

Now that I am taking stop motion Lego animations seriously, I decided to take a look at my YouTube channel. My goal was to find any videos that were doing the best while which videos didn’t work so well. I have almost 5,000 channel views, but one of my YouTube videos about the review of a Lego Set has over 1,000 views alone. The video is only 28 seconds long, but in the past 30 days, viewers have watched the video for a total of 42 minutes combined (even though the video is only 28 seconds long). These statistics come from only 124 views. More than 70% of these viewers are watching the entire video.

What I learned from analyzing my videos:

Short and informative videos are very effective.

I will post more information about this topic once my Lego stop motion animations are produced. Then I will have analytics for videos that entertain others.

So far, I have 5 Lego animations which can be found on my Lego Station blog.
