Stars seem difficult to reach. It seems as if it takes a very long time before we can actually reach stardom. Some people see landing on the stars as difficult as taking a full court shot in a game of basketball.
Reaching stardom is only as difficult as you make it out to be. Some people need to take the full court shot to achieve stardom. Others think of it as making free throw. Most people think of it as the full court shot though.
I’m not saying that achieving stardom is as easy as taking the free throw. However, it’s not as difficult as taking a full court shot, or even a half court shot.
People are shooting for the stars because whether they think achieving stardom is easy or difficult, people recognize it as achievable. The star is reachable. Once you reach that star, you’re work is going to pay off in abundance.
What I don’t get is that many people stop at the star. How can you stop at shooting for the stars when it’s possible to shoot for the Milky Way? Why not shoot for the Milky Way from the very start? Are you settling for the stars, or are you going beyond?
