If you are looking for an easy way to figure out how influential you are on the web, you have come to the right blog post. In order to find out how influential you are on the web, ask yourself this question:
“Will they miss me?”
If you stopped doing what you are doing now. If you never sent out a single tweet, never wrote another blog post, deactivated your Facebook account, deleted your YouTube channel, decided that pinning was no longer worth it.
Would they miss you?
I just literally thought about this tonight. I KNOW the message I speak to teens about is desperately needed and I KNOW that it’s literally saving lives. What I am not good at is social media and don’t have a ton of time to invest in getting people to know what I do. How can I get my message out to the masses (especially teens?) I have 4 kids 5 and under, so I am very busy at home raising them and homeschooling the older two boys besides my blogging, writing my first book, etc. I just don’t know how to get my blog out to more people? Thanks a ton for what you do!
My pleasure Tina. My recommendation would be to carve out some time for social media, even if it’s just 10-15 minutes per day. What you want to do with your blog though is make sure you are turning your visitors into subscribers. Visitors who do not become subscribers are in risk of never returning to your blog again.
