How many games do you think you could possible play with a deck of cards? There are thousands of different card games that you can play. Some of these games are spoons, 24, black jack, war, and the list goes on from there. Don’t count the smallest things out because they can give you the biggest variety. The best part about a deck of cards is that you can take them anywhere. If something looks small, it still is important.
Why Did The Chicken Cross The Road?
There are many reasons why the chicken could have crossed the road. Maybe it wanted to get to the other side or run away from the chef. There are many factors that made the chicken cross the road just like there are many factors that affect our decisions. We will always make decisions that are right, wrong, and a little bit of both. We must also try to get from point A to point B which is like the chicken crossing the road to get to the other side. We must make sure that point B is ultimately a better place to be than point A so that we make the right decisions. Making the right decisions allow us to pave the path into our future. When we have to cross the road, we do it for a reason.
Is It REALLY Impossible?
The main slogan is that nothing is impossible, but many people don’t believe it. We can’t make money every time we snapped our fingers. It would be nice to earn thousands of dollars a day. Those are the tasks that seem impossible, but believe it or not, they can be done. An example of this is that CEO of Microsoft, Bill Gates, earns an estimate $25 every second which is 2.2 million dollars every day. Gaining popularity and power like Bill Gates is very hard to do, but it is possible.
The next time you think something is impossible, look up into the sky, and look for an air plane.
What We Can Learn From Pigs
There were 3 houses that were made of different materials. One house was made of wood, one was made of straw, and the other was made of bricks. In each of these houses was a pig. One day, the big bad wolf came by looking for a good meal. He blew away the straw and wood houses, and those pigs retreated to the brick house. The wolf couldn’t blow away the brick house and gave up.
The story of the 3 pigs teaches us a very important lesson that should not be overlooked. The pig who worked hard on his house got the best results while the pigs who didn’t work hard on their houses lost their houses when the wolf came. Having a strong, reliable structure is important with a house, and that is the same for online success.
Opinions and Popularity
I have an opinion, and not everyone is going to agree with it. If you have a giant fan base, you’ll be able to convince most of them that your opinion is the right one. With social media websites such as Twitter and Facebook dominating the web, celebrities, entrepreneurs, and well known people can build a strong following. Some people on Twitter are followed by over 1 million people. If someone with 1 million followers posted an opinion on Twitter, and 10% of the followers now agree with the opinion, that means 100,000 people agree with that opinion. These opinions can range from purchasing shoes to electing the next President. Opinions can lead to a final decision or more votes for your favorite President in future elections.
Your opinions can impact a small group of people or thousands of people. Your opinions can change a person’s perspective of what you are discussing. Your opinions can also hurt you because there are some Republicans and some Democrats. If your opinion shows any bias against a Democratic leader, chances are that people who respect that Democratic leader will unfollow you and lose interest in you. Opinions can be helpful, but they can also hurt your popularity.
Never Forget The Underprivileged
I recently got a payout from Squidoo, a website created by Seth Godin, that pays you for your content. The payout for that month was $259.54 which is the highest payout I have had on Squidoo so far. The reason Seth Godin created Squidoo was to find a way to donate money to charities and good causes such as the ASPCA, Squidoo Charity Fund, and more. I give some of my earnings to these charities and causes with the help of Squidoo. I don’t give all $259.54 to the charities and causes, but I give them a fair amount, and I have donated close to $50 to charities and good causes.
Making money online is very fun, and I enjoy getting my payouts. However, being greedy is not the right path to take. Every entrepreneur starts at the bottom and works his or her way to the top. There are people who struggle just to put food on the table, and you can help these people with small contributions. You don’t have to give these charities and causes everything you own, but there are people who do need your support. There is always a strength in numbers, and no matter how big or small your contribution is, that contribution is still helping the cause.
