I hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving. On this day, we recall what we are thankful for, but instead of recalling what we are thankful for every day of the year, most people only recall what they are thankful for on this one day. There are 364 other days of the year and barely 30 days left before the New Year.
Instead of just feeling thankful on Thanksgiving, we should feel thankful all year long. Here is a quick but very beneficial activity that will allow you to be thankful.
- Recall what you are thankful for.
- Write all of it down on a piece of paper.
- Tape that piece of paper to one of the walls in your room.
