How A Day Of No Work Changed Everything

Instead of working, I did a lot of research. Instead of writing more blog posts, I learned how to make my blog posts better. Instead of being on Twitter for a very long time, I decided to change my tactics. Changing my tactics resulted in me going from 150-200 daily followers to over 500 daily followers. That change was not gradual. The change happened in a day. I learned how to develop a steady income instead of an inconsistent income. I now have my sights on bigger goals such as landing on the Forbes Top 50 Social Media Power Influencers List.

We all have 24 hours in a day, and the amount of time we spend working is not important. What is important is how we are spending that time. There are people who work for 12 hours every day and get minimum wage. There are other people who get to take 4 week vacations and come back to a thriving business.

One person can be more productive in 3 hours than other people are in 12 hours. Maybe those 12 hours are being spent doing the wrong things while every second of the 3 hours is properly utilized.

A day of less work and more research will allow you to know whether you are utilizing all of your hours of work properly or not. You can make small modifications that allow you to grow your presence on social networks. A small change resulted in my number of daily followers doubling.

Small changes can lead to a big difference. By doing some research, you will be able to discover those small changes that can lead to better results.

How To Become Successful

We all want to be successful. We all want to be at the front of the stampede. In How To Be Successful On Twitter, I talked about being successful on Twitter. In this blog post, I am going to give you the blueprint that will allow you to become successful–in general. Here’s everything you need to know.

The Power Of One. The more we stretch ourselves, the less we are able to accomplish. Instead of being in multiple niches, focus on one of those niches. Running 1 successful business is much easier and better off than running 10 mediocre businesses.
Build powerful connections. Social networks are great ways to build connections with your customers. You want to know who your customers are because that will make the customer feel special. The customer did you a favor in buying your product. Of course, your product does them a favor as well, but buying your product shows that the customer has faith in you. Thank the customers for buying your products and engage with them on social networks. Building powerful connections with others can lead to future customers down the road.
Have the determination and dedication. You won’t be able to go far without having both. The determination will keep you on the right path while being dedicated will allow you to love what you do. If you do not have determination and dedication, the best way to get them is to change your mindset. As Joel Osteen says, instead of having the victim mindset, have the victor mindset.

I’d love to go on, but those are the main three. I may add on to this list in the future (and maybe turn that into a book after I publish Lead The Stampede). This is a basic list, but success is a big thing to achieve. At the start of a journey, it is better to learn the basics than it is to be overwhelmed by too much information. The Chain Effect Of Success

In order to achieve success, you have to go after it. That’s where everything stops. Everyone knows the significance of going after success, but the work proves to be very challenging. Getting there proves to be difficult because not everyone knows the secret about success.

The secret about success is that it’s a chain effect. Once you are successful in a certain area, you will be successful in similar areas as well. Someone who is successful in one sport tends to be successful in other sports as well. Some baseball players are also good football players. Some football players are also good baseball players. Some basketball players have also played baseball.

Once you are successful in one area, the chain effect of success automatically makes you become successful in other areas as well. In these other areas, the same rules apply. You need a muscular upper body in order to be really good at both football and basketball. You need to know how to write very well in order to be both a remarkable author and blogger.

Focus on one area, and go after success in that area. Once you succeed in one area, you automatically succeed in other areas as well.
