Beware The Jabberwocky

July 11, 2013 by Marc Guberti Leave a Comment

The Jabberwocky is an imaginary creature that was mentioned in a poem back in 1871. In the poem, the jabberwocky was a monster. The Jabberwocky is an imaginary creature that was talked about in a poem.

There is no reason to fear the jabberwocky because it isn’t real. Even if a picture of the jabberwocky is a dragon with 4 wings and the sharpest teeth, you won’t be afraid because the jabberwocky isn’t real.

If it isn’t real, we shouldn’t fear it. Why then are we afraid of failing? It hasn’t happened yet and failure isn’t real. You may even succeed instead of failing. Failure is often defined as the opposite of success. That is why we are afraid of it.

We can look at failure as a way to learn what doesn’t work. Then we can use our knowledge and become succesful. This was Thomas Edison’s attitude when he made the lightbulb. After more than 10,000 tries, Thomas Edison finally produced the first working lightbulb.

Failure is a fake concept. It isn’t real. We are the ones who decide to turn failure into a real concept in our lives or make sure that failure remains imaginary. We make our decision with our attitudes when obstacles get in the way of our success.

Rinse And Repeat

July 11, 2013 by Marc Guberti Leave a Comment

There will be some things that work and grow your business. There will be other things that won’t help your business grow. What you have to do is look at what is working right now.

If you repeat what is working, your business will continue to grow. If you like where your business is heading, keep on doing the things that are allowing your business to go so far. Keep on repeating what works because you will be able to have a thriving business.

While you repeat what is working, you can also experiment with your business. You will eventually find something else that works for your business just as well. Then you can alternate between various methods that work and allow your business to grow.

If it works, stay with it, because it will keep on working.

DON’T CLICK THIS LINK!

I know you clicked it anyway. Besides, it made you curious. Why shouldn’t you click on the link? Why shouldn’t you open that secret door in the house? Why can’t we touch the statue?

For the people who didn’t click on the link (I would be impressed), you can click it now. It’s safe.

We figure out the answers to these questions only be doing what we were told not to do. Curiosity continues to bite the cat to this day. Don’t worry. You can click on this link.

The 251st Post

July 10, 2013 by Marc Guberti Leave a Comment

This is the 251st post on my blog. With almost 40,000 words, this blog has finally reached over 250 posts. That’s when I decided to take out my calculator.

At this same rate, I would reach…

500 blog posts in 125 days.

1000 blog posts in 375 days.

2000 blog posts in 875 days.

3000 blog posts in 1375 days.

4000 blog posts in 1875 days.

5000 blog posts in 2375 days.

That’s a lot of writing, and I look forward to reaching all of those milestones and more. Do the math. See how long it would take you to get to your milestones, and then do everything you can to get to each milestone you set for yourself.

Why I Blog

July 9, 2013 by Marc Guberti Leave a Comment

I was up late (it’s becoming a summer trend) working on one of my blog posts. Then, a question came up in my mind, “Why do I blog.” I decided to create a blog post about it.

I decided to start this blog and all of the other blogs that I have created because having my own blog allows me to write my own content. I don’t have to follow any kind of instructions. There is no, “You have to write about this. By the way, it’s due Monday,” type of thing. I am able to schedule blog posts well in advance to my convenance.

There is no stres when it comes to blogging. Blogging is writing what’s in your mind. You can think of something extraordinary for a second, and then you can apply what you just thought of into a blog post. When I think about something or see something that I like, that idea turns into a blog post.

It’s incredible what blogging has allowed me to do. I reach hundreds of people every day with my content. Soon, it will be thousands of people every day, and then it will be through the roof.

I just write about something and then apply it to my niche at the end. The added bonus is that I get to show some people this post (everyone laughs about it later). I memorized the URL for that post.

Who’s On First

July 9, 2013 by Marc Guberti Leave a Comment

Did you ever get stumped by a question? Maybe it was on a test, or you’re trying to figure out whether or not your business should have a blog. This is when you need to get some advice from others. These people will help you answer your question. The marketing expert doing his presentation knows a thing or two that you may not know. Write down your questions on a piece of paper.

The answer is somewhere, but someone could have already said it while talking with you. The answer can come up at any given moment. So Costello, Who’s on first.
