Define Gradually

July 4, 2013 by Marc Guberti Leave a Comment

The dictionary will say something like, “steadily moving at a consistent basis for a long period of time.” If someone asked me how entrepreneurs become successful, I would say their success comes to them gradually. I will keep on saying that the success of entrepreneurs comes gradually.

For the lucky few, being successful takes less than 3 years. Most of us will have to wait 5-15 years depending on how much work we do for our business. Do not take this as a sign of discouragement. Entrepreneurs who continue with their businesses eventually find themselves becoming millionaires, and in some cases, billionaires.

When things are going really good for a week or really bad, we need to remind ourselves of the definition of the word gradually. Entrepreneur’s businesses steadily move at a consistent basis for a long period of time. We can jumpstart our businesses and make the process faster, or we can wait for the riches to come and end up waiting for a life time.

Explore Your Possibilities

July 4, 2013 by Marc Guberti Leave a Comment

We all have more possibilities than we realize. Some of these possibilities are better and more likely than others. What I ask you to do is to explore them all. There are more possibilities opening up every day. There are more places to guest post, more ways to sell a product, and ways to get your product in your customer’s hand without doing any work.

See what you can do with your business. Take a look at all of the different options, and then look at them again. One method that you won’t like now can be appealing months from now. This is because interests change. We can go from wanting one thing to wanting the other.

Explore your possibilities because you never know what you can find until you find it.

It Was Only 3 Years Ago

July 3, 2013 by Marc Guberti Leave a Comment

I had no business. I was not productive during my summers. By the way, I didn’t like to read books or write essays. Dramatic changes have taken place in a short amount of time.

Your business might be on the decline, or you might not even have a business. It was 3 years ago when I was in your shoes. Now I have a business, and it is doing ver well.

Today is the day that your business makes an impact. No matter where you are now, if you put in the work, you can excel 3 years later…or less.

Know Who Your Top Clients Are

July 3, 2013 by Marc Guberti Leave a Comment

The people who are your top clients are the ones you will be able to talk with about your business. They can give you tips about what you should do, and since they are your top clients, they will continue to buy your products.

Treat the top clients with the most respect. These are the clients that love what you do and keep on coming back…again and again. The clients who you are chasing for payments are the ones who aren’t good enough for your business.

The top clients should be treated very well. If they buy something from you, give them what they want. When a top client buys your product for the 5th time (or something like that), you should give them a free product.

You can lose all of the bad clients you want. Those clients won’t matter and won’t contribute to your business’ success. The top clients are the ones who buy your products and give you referrals without you even asking them to do so.

Did You Check Your Statistics Today?

July 2, 2013 by Marc Guberti Leave a Comment

Chances are…you did. If you didn’t check them already, you’re probably going to check them later today. There are more statistics for us to check such as blog traffic or number of Twitter followers. Checking the statistics is just as bad as checking the inbox: we can’t get out of it.

I check statistics 10 times every day. When I think I am done for the day, I check the statistics of something I ignored or didn’t even know I had. I check the statistics more than I check my email.

There is no way that I am alone. Statistics are used by a lot of people to track the growth of their business, blog, product, and so on. Statistics store information years back, and we can easily access it.

Statistics are valuable to our business, but looking at statistics for too long can stunt business growth.

The Movement

July 2, 2013 by Marc Guberti Leave a Comment

When I was looking through my email recently, I noticed an opportunity for entrepreneurs to share their tips. I knew that this opportunity was for me. I knew how to explain the answer to the question very well. The question involved pricing products and services, and with multiple books, I knew I would be good at explaining it.

Then the problem came up. The age restriction, again. Entrepreneurs aged 18-40 were the only ones who could submit responses. I got other opportunities which I was able to answer, but the age limit bothered and restricted me.

Denial comes in many shapes and forms. There will always be that one person or group of people who deny you no matter how good you are. Choose yourself and create your own movement. Your movement will have the potential to impact the lives of millions of people.

The movement that I am creating is Teenager Entrepreneur which is a program that I will be launching very soon with my brother. Teenager Entrepreneur will show teenagers how they can start their own thriving business.
