4 Reasons Why Health And Fitness Have Everything To Do With Success

Welcome back! I am so happy to see that you have come back for more.

Few people know how much of an impact being healthy and fit has on your success. In fact, your health and fitness are two critical factors that allow you to indicate how much you are taking care of yourself. Being healthy and fit tells you that you are able to keep your own body in shape. If you can keep your health and fitness in check, you can keep yourself in check in other ways as well. Here are four reasons why health and fitness have everything to do with success.

  1. Good health and fitness encourages you to set goals. In order to maintain good health and fitness, you need to set goals. Setting goals such as eating less sugar, doing more chin-ups, or just running outside every day are set so people can maintain healthy and fit lives. As an individual gets better at implementing goals for health and fitness, it becomes easier to shift that mindset for other goals–like a business plan.
  2. You don’t like to settle. Once people become fit, they have the natural tendency to get more fit. If an individual is able to run the mile in under five minutes, that person will strive to run the mile faster next time. You are happy with what you have accomplished, but you also know that the journey never ends. Never wanting to settle will encourage you to try new things, experiment with old ones, and take risks.
  3. You get more confidence. Not everyone is healthy and fit, but if you are, you have done something incredible. You are consistently maintaining your body and nourishing it properly. That’s a big accomplishment which will definitely boost your confidence. In addition, being healthy and fit gives you the “I Can” mentality. This mentality is your super power that allows you to believe in your ability to do anything.
  4. You will learn that success requires patience. Do you want the rock solid abs? Do you want to have a muscular body? It takes several months of working out the right way for the average person to get to that level. There is no such thing as overnight success, and if you maintain your health and get fit, you will learn that. Then, it will be easier for you to carry that over to your business.

There are many connections that health and fitness have with being successful. Those are just four of the many ways that keeping your body in check can lead to a better life. 6 Characteristics That Every Successful Entrepreneur Has Part 2

Think Like An Entrepreneur

Entrepreneurs are individuals who break out of the status quo to pursue their own dreams. Even if they may not make a lot of money in the beginning, entrepreneurs pursue their dreams instead of looking for survival jobs. All entrepreneurs have several characteristics. In an earlier blog post, I mentioned six characteristics that every successful entrepreneur has. Since then, I have learned more about entrepreneurship, and I will continue learning about it. As a result, I have been able to come up with six completely different characteristics that every entrepreneur should have.

  1. Have an optimistic attitude. Every entrepreneur faces obstacles. An entrepreneur’s success is dependent on how he/she responds to the obstacles. If the entrepreneur remains optimistic about their journey, that entrepreneur will make enough mistakes to get one thing right, and getting one thing right can be the difference between a survival job and a multimillion dollar business.
  2. Risk taking. Entrepreneurs need to be willing to make risks. The safe game is no longer safe because there are too many people playing that game. In order to stand out as an entrepreneur, you need to take risks so people see you as a remarkable entrepreneur.
  3. The desire to experiment. There is no rule book for your niche to break from the norm. There are several ways to break from the norm, but the only way you will know whether your method worked or not is by giving it a try. You may need to conduct numerous experiments before coming up with the one that works.
  4. Entrepreneurs accept that failure happens but don’t get stopped by it. Successful entrepreneurs realize that failure is inevitable, but they also realize that success is inevitable. After failing so many times, entrepreneurs learn enough about their niche that they get it right. Getting it right and having the product or service deliver the way you expected it to is when the magic starts to happen.
  5. Entrepreneurs are willing to work for 80 hours to avoid working for 40 hours. Shark Tank’s Lori Greiner came up with a humorous but true statement about entrepreneurs. We work more to avoid less work. The only difference is that after everything pays off, entrepreneurs are able to live in a way that most people can’t.
  6. Entrepreneurs utilize their leverage. We have more leverage than we realize. Technology has torn away communication limitations, information-obtaining limitations, and even the age limitation. Even in a world with more leverage, not every entrepreneur is utilizing that leverage. The successful entrepreneurs are utilizing the leverage around them to thrive and create superstar products.

4 Blog Post Ideas That You Can Always Reuse

Blog posts come in many forms. Some are lengthy while others are concise. What does not change is the need for the blogger to know what his/her next blog post is going to be about. Many bloggers go through rough patches of writer’s block and can’t think of new ideas to write about. These bloggers look on the web for inspiration, but thinking of an idea for the next blog post is still a tedious process when writer’s block is in control.

I recently went to a Constant Contact event held at Microsoft Headquarters in NYC. One of the speakers at the event provided numerous ideas for blog posts. After examining the list, I determined that there were four on the list that can always be reused over and over again, and reusing these blog post ideas will make writer’s block harder to come across. Here are the four blog post ideas.

  1. Mistakes people make in your niche. I have found this one to be very helpful. I have written multiple blog posts about the mistakes people make on Twitter, Pinterest, blogging, social media, and other places as well.
  2. Interviews with other people. You can interview other people and then turn those interviews into blog posts. Anyone from the newbie blogger to a Forbes writer publishes the interviews they have with notable people in their niche.
  3. Lessons to learn about your niche. You can use a variety of examples. I explain how we can learn lessons from Jeff Bezos and high school sports. If you know how to make the connection, the possibilities are endless.
  4. Personal articles. Personal articles can include your journey to success, lessons you learned along the way, your hobbies, and other parts of your personal life as well. Writing blog posts about your personal life will allow your visitors to know you more as a person, but don’t get carried away. Chances are you are not at the point where people want to know what you ate for breakfast yesterday.

Writer’s block is one of the biggest problems that bloggers face. The only way to solve the problem is by writing through it. These four blog post ideas will decrease your chances of getting writer’s block and give you the framework you need to have when writer’s block strikes. What are your thoughts on the list? Three Super Easy Methods To Increase Your Blog’s SEO

There are many methods to increase a blog’s SEO. Some of those methods are highlighted here, but most of the SEO increasing methods out there take several months of work before they pay off. However, there are certain methods to boost your SEO that do not take much time. In addition, these methods are super easy to implement. Here are the methods.

  1. Include categories for your blog posts. Categories make it easier for people to navigate through your blog. This will result in more people clicking on links and sticking on your blog. As a result, categories lower your blog’s bounce rate, and as people stay on your blog for a longer period of time, they will be more likely to buy your products or subscribe.
  2. Add tags to your blog posts. A tag is a word or phrase that someone searches into Google (or another search engine) and finds your blog. Tags work like exclamation points which means the more tags you have, the less useful they are. My recommendation is to have 2-5 tags for each of your blog posts.
  3. Include keywords in your blog posts. Keywords strengthen your tags and allow people on search engines to easily find your blog based on search terms. When you include keywords in your blog, you must avoid stuffing keywords in your blog posts. A good rule of thumb is to use a keyword at least five times, but if that keyword appears in every sentence or every other sentence, that keyword needs to be reduced. Just come up with synonyms for your keywords and you’ll be fine.

10 Ways To Come Up With Ideas For Your Next YouTube Video

Whether you are publishing one YouTube video every week or every month, it is important to have ideas in place for your next video. The quicker you get the idea, the quicker you are able to plan out your video, record the video, and publish it to YouTube. As you publish more YouTube videos, coming up with ideas that you have not used already becomes more difficult. Luckily, there are always ideas available, and here are 10 of them.

  1. Look at your blog posts. If you write one blog post every day and publish one YouTube video every week, you will have seven times as many blog posts as you have YouTube videos. That means you already have the ideas in front of you. Just take one of your blog posts and turn it into a YouTube video!
  2. Look at other people’s blog posts. See how you can combine your knowledge with someone else’s blog posts to create an original YouTube video. Reading other people’s blog posts will also expand on your knowledge.
  3. Talk about a problem in your niche. People want to know the common pitfalls in your niche so they know to avoid them. In addition to talking about the problems in your niche, be sure to provide the solutions for each of those problems.
  4. Talk about success stories. Chances are there is someone inspirational in your niche who has gone through a lot in order to become successful. You can create a success story for that individual and show others that they can be successful too.
  5. Talk about your own experiences. You may have a success story of your own or just want to talk about what happened to you yesterday. Regardless of what you talk about, you need to connect it back to your niche.
  6. Look at other people’s YouTube videos. Looking at other people’s YouTube videos will allow you to identify what kinds of videos people in your niche are uploading and which ones are the most popular uploads. This can help you identify which videos you need to publish on YouTube.
  7. Look at your past YouTube videos. Maybe you shared a tip in one of your YouTube videos that you want to expand on. It’s also possible that you liked the message in one of your first videos but don’t like the way it came out (it takes a while to get experience). You can create a Part 2 or a better version of an older video.
  8. Any new updates relating to your niche. People who want to learn more about your niche do their best to stay up to date. When something big happens in your niche, you can come out with a new YouTube video explaining what just happened.
  9. Tips about anything related to your niche. Many viewers are looking for good nuggets of information. Providing tips about anything related to your niche gets the job done.
  10. Core values. Whether these are the core values to living a happier life or getting more Twitter followers, talking about them and including “Core Values” in your video’s title will attract attention.

Learn Or Plateau

In his book No Excuses, Brian Tracy mentioned something that forever changed the way I view my niche. In the book, he said that you either learn more about your niche or plateau. You can only go so far with the knowledge you already have, but in order to go further, you need to obtain more knowledge.

Learning more about your niche creates more possibilities. If you stop learning about your niche, you are limiting your capabilities. Learning about your niche will allow you to become the go-to expert in your niche. In addition, learning about your niche will give you more knowledge that you can package into books and training courses.

Make the choice today to learn more about your niche so you are able to grow instead of plateau. Never settle for where you are. Always raise the bar higher and strive for better results.
