There’s Always A Way Out

August 5, 2013 by Marc Guberti Leave a Comment

But where are you going, and what are you trying to accomplish when you find a way out?

The entrepreneur who needs help finds a way out by looking at resources. This entrepreneur finds ways to promote his or her content and products as a way to get out of the situation they are currently in.

When you messed up, there is always the possibility of blaming one of your coworkers or someone else. That’s getting out of the fact that something was your fault. The blame game can be played all day, but in the end, everyone loses.

Let’s go back to the entrepreneur who isn’t getting the results he or she is looking for. There is a way out, and it doesn’t invovle turning the business around. It involves quitting and crawling back to a former boss. Don’t take that approach.

There’s always a way out, but what are you trying to get out of? An entrepreneur who is trying to escape a disappointing business by turning in around is the entrepreneur that goes far. However, by playing the blame game and quitting, entrepreneurs refuse to take responsibility or go the extra mile.

When entrepreneurs go to the extra mile, success greets them at the finish line.

You Can’t Go To The Top In 1 Day

August 5, 2013 by Marc Guberti Leave a Comment

If there was a way to get on the peak of Mount Everest and back down in a day, more people would take the challenge on. Everyone would bundle up in all of their coats just for a day and nothing more. Then, they get to see the wonderful view.

There is no way to climb all the way up Mount Everest in 1 day. There are certain risks involved. Is climbing a mountain a necessary risk to take? Absolutely not, although people who actually climbed up Mount Everest may have a different opinion.

You get to the top by creating product after product and finding different ways to market those products. You get to the top by building connections and making yourself well-known. You don’t get to the top in 1 day. If we were all about to get to the top in 1 day, it wouldn’t be special. People would climb Mount Everest hundreds of times and get bored of the wonderful view all together.

You don’t get to go on the top in 1 day. However, when you get to the top, it makes the wonderful view memorable.

Remember To Have Fun

August 4, 2013 by Marc Guberti Leave a Comment

You can have the biggest and most successful business, but it is important to have fun. Love what you do, and you will become more successful. Some of the things you don’t like now can become hobbies. I’ll be honest and say that English and Writing weren’t my two favorite subjects.

I probably wrote more words in the past three years (ever since I started blogging), than I wrote for all of the school essays put together. I enjoy writing, and I have fun when I work. I am having fun speaking about business for my upcoming videos and CDs.

I am going through the entire process of looking at different colleges and preparing for the SAT. I started looking at different colleges last year since my brother just ended his junior year. I came for the ride, and I learned a lot about the colleges we visited. I am not going to get scared about my future. I’m just going to have fun in high school as I look at colleges.

However, it is important to find a way to have fun. I haven’t worked at all. Writing this blog post, the next blog post you’ll see later, and all of the other blog posts I ever write isn’t work. When I write a blog post, it’s like freeing a dog from its leash. The dog goes all over the place. I’m not recommending freeing a dog from its leash, but that freedom is what I feel when I blog.

Find something that you have fun with. Don’t choose the better paying option if it means trading fun and living for money. You can either happily work and make $100,000 a year or you can do tedious work and make $1,000,000 a year.

Happiness is more important than money. Love what you do, and you’re already successful. You may not be making as much money as another person, but you’re able to do something that you enjoy.

The grass always looks greener on the other side. If you’re doing something that you love, the grass is perfect.

Why People Don’t Take The Leap

August 4, 2013 by Marc Guberti Leave a Comment

We all want to see how ideas soar. We all want to implement our ideas and make our business the best one around. We all want to be successful. We all want to see our own products on other people’s shelves. We all want to accomplish our goals.

We all want all of those things. The list goes on and on. However, most people don’t get those things. We all want those things, but only a few people get them. The reason we all want those things is because they are hard to achieve. Everyone wants to make it in the top colleges because not everyone gets to make it in college. I see more business people saying they graduated from Stanford, Harvard, Yale, and all of the other Ivy League schools.

Most people don’t get those things because of fear. There are many people who fear failure, and that’s why there are so many inspirational quotes about conquering the fear of failure. I tweet inspirational quotes 4 times every day, and when I look around for good inspirational quotes, a lot of the inspirational quotes I read are about conquering fear.

These people fear their potential. That may be the last thing people fear about, but it is true. People do fear their potential. The reason people fear their potential is because we like the constants; the things that remain the same. In order to make your business grow and become a very successful entrepreneur, you have to be willing to take the leap.

When frogs leap from lily pad to lily pad, there’s a risk that the frog misses the lily pad and falls into the water. However, if the frog stays on the same lily pad, it won’t be able to survive. The frog will have to look for insects to eat and water to drink (the water will be easier for the frog to find).

If you’re business isn’t doing as well as you hoped, or you know there is more potential, it’s time for you to leap to the other lily pad. Even if you fall into the water, you’ll be able to swim out and go for the same lily pad again. With persistence, you will eventually take the leap and land on that lily pad.

Leaving The Dock And Why Ships Sink

August 3, 2013 by Marc Guberti Leave a Comment

There’s a lot of competition and danger in the seas. The dock is the safety zone. The sea is the place of opportunity. You can either leave the safety zone and go after success, or you can stay at the safety zone and never know what you could have done.

Choose to leave the dock and set sail. Greatness is at reach, but only if you prevent your ship from sinking. It will take a long time before you reach your destination. Ships that rely on wind for direction may take years to reach their destination. Although it takes a long time for these ships to reach their destinations, they will reach those destinations if they don’t sink.

The first reason ships sink is because it couldn’t withstand an attack. There are competitors that will be better and stronger than your ship’s crew. By outwitting the competition, you will prevent your ship from sinking.

Another reason ships sink is because a loss of purpose. If you keep on steering the ship to reach other destinations, the crew will get tired of staying at sea. They want to be successful just as much as you do. You can also lose your purpose and develop vengeance. If you develop a vengeance, a giant sperm whale will take down the entire ship, and survivors will have to wait for another ship of opportunity.

Another reason why ships sink is because water gets in. The water gets into the ship and makes it sink slowly. This problem can easily be fixed, but if the problem remains unattended for awhile, the ship is going to sink.

The ship sinking is what everyone fears. That’s why many people don’t leave the dock. Few go out to sea on a ship, but if they reach their other destination, they are successful in their quest.

Are you ready to leave the dock? You’ll reach your destination years later in one of those ships that only has sails. Wind is your fuel. Are you willing to go on that kind of ship to achieve success?

You’ll have to be willing to leave the dock to go from ordinary to extraordinary.

How To Make A Product That People Will Want To Buy

August 3, 2013 by Marc Guberti 1 Comment

Everyone says go with the trend. If Instagram videos are a hot topic, people will want a book on that, right? That book will get more sales, but when Instagram videos just become the norm, you won’t get as many sales. If you create a book about Instagram videos a year or two after they were introduced, that book would get sales for a longer amount of time.

That toy everyone wants has something special to it. How about creating a replica. 3-D printing is making it easier to create replicas of stuff, but better yet, your own merchandise. They are getting cheaper, and Microsoft is coming up with a way to make 3-D printing as easy as pressing “Print” for a document. Maybe that’s the next big thing, and maybe that’s the market you should jump on.

When you have some free time, look into your ideas. See what kind of products you can create that will get a lot of sales. Maybe you can think of the next Facebook, if you’re really lucky. You can also think of the next multimillion dollar product. You can make something that everyone wants.

Maybe you just look at the competition and see what’s popular. People want to know a lot about making money online or how they can become healthier. Why not create products and books around those two things? A lot of people already buy products that help them make money online or become healthier.

How about selling something that is already doing well. iPhones are doing very well, and people will want to buy those. You didn’t make the iPhone, but you can still sell it anyway. People will come in and buy it. The only question is if they would buy it at an Apple Store which is the official source, or if they would buy from you. Someone will eventually come to you and buy the iPhone from you.

You can also ask your clients what they want to buy. Then, when you make a product, your clients will buy it. They will tell other people about the product, and you will get more sales out of it.

However, what if you didn’t get any clients yet or don’t know enough about the clients you already had? The third option, thinking of ideas and creating a business or product around some of those ideas is the winning sauce. Your ideas are unique, and if you create a product based on your idea, you will have a fun time doing so. You will be very productive as you finish the product.

When you start working on your product, it’s time to make people want to buy that product. The best way to get someone to buy your product is to talk about the product before it comes out. Talk about the product months before it comes out. People need to know about your product if they want to buy it.

Create videos for your products, and talk about them occasionally on your blog. In order to make a product that people will want to by, you have to tell them why your product is special. Does your book have something in it that the competition doesn’t want you to know or does your product have extra features compared to the competition.

What makes your product special? Tell people about it. A product can either be the greatest kept secret or a big success.
