Tipping Point And Being An Extraordinaire

October 15, 2013 by Marc Guberti Leave a Comment

Success is attainable for everyone. When someone reaches their tipping point, that person decides that now is the time to take the leap.

Not all of us get to reach the tipping point. Some of us reach the tipping point more than once. The tipping point shouldn’t be viewed as a make or break situation. The tipping point is a way to go from normalcy to extraordinaire. You may have to reach your tipping point multiple times in order to become an extraordinaire.

Becoming an extraordinaire is easier said than done. There are two main ways to become an extraordinaire.

The first way to become an extraordinaire is by excelling in what you do differently from the competition. Being different from the competition can go from having a specialized service to a purple door at your nearby brick and mortar store.

The second way to become an extraordinaire can land you a multibillion dollar enterprise. This one is a lot more difficult to excel at since it requires a lot of thinking outside of the box. If you can find a problem in society and improve the situation of that problem or put an end to that problem, you’ve become an extraordinaire. Social media dramatically enhanced the way we communicate to each other. Social media allows us to stay up to date with celebrities, experts, friends, and others as well. You don’t have to create a social network to be a billionaire. You just need to find a way to solve a big problem in society. When that problem gets solved, people will be flocking over to the new product or services that allows them to solve that problem.

Being an extraordinaire is no easy task, but it all begins when you reach your tipping point and take the leap.

Hall Of Fame Achievements

October 15, 2013 by Marc Guberti Leave a Comment

I recently read one of Seth Godin’s blog posts called Your hall of fame. It was a very inspirational post (as they all are).

The truth is that we’re all Hall Of Famers already. We all have legendary achievements. You don’t have to be in Cooperstown to be a Hall Of Famer. You don’t have to be famous in order to be a Hall Of Famer.

Hall Of Fame achievements can go from publishing your first book to setting the standard for your industry. We all have Hall Of Fame achievements. It’s important to consistently recall all of those Hall Of Fame achievements so you can look at your past successes as you propel yourself forward to future success.

Now, Never, Or Change

October 14, 2013 by Marc Guberti Leave a Comment

Later has become a very popular word. If you ask someone when they are going to start using Pinterest for their business, that person might say later. If you ask someone when they are going to submit that guest post, they may say later.

Later is a word the halts progress and gives us an easy way out of doing the work. That work can result in the growth of a business. The secret is that if you can’t do something now, you aren’t going to be able to do it later by following the same schedule and using the same methods you’ve already been using. That’s insanity, and it doesn’t work.

We are all resistant to change, but change can be good. Changing your schedule and dedicating more time to various activities can be a great change. We need to make some changes in order to turn more laters into more nows.

Later halts progress, but with change, later won’t stop you from making progress in what you do.

How To Find Top-Notch Twitter Followers

October 14, 2013 by Marc Guberti Leave a Comment

We’ve established the difference between a real follower and a fake follower. The real follower actually tweets and can engage in a conversation with you. The fake follower is just a statistic to give people the false impression that you’re popular.

Now it’s time to establish the difference between a real follower and a top-notch follower. The real followers are the ones who actually tweet and can engage in a conversation with you. Since there are plenty of real followers, plenty of your followers are going to have different interests. A blogger on Twitter isn’t going to get the attention of a follower who is only interested in fashion.

This is where the top-notch followers come into play. The top-notch followers are the cream of the crop. If you tweet about blogging, these followers are bloggers, they enjoy reading blog posts, and they have their own blog that they update regularly. The top-notch followers have a lot in common with you. They’re the top-notch followers because they are more likely to click on your links and share your content.

The best way to get the top-notch Twitter followers is with Twellow. Twellow breaks down Twitter users into plenty of different categories and subcategories. Twellow has its own category for blogging, plenty of subcategories for sports, plenty of subcategories for marketing, and so on. If you talk about sports, follow the people who talk about sports who are most likely to follow you back. Once the person follows you back, you got a top-notch follower.

Having followers is good, but it’s more important to have followers who know who you are.

Escaping The Workload

Will only result in a pile of work for you to do in the long run. If you escape the work, you won’t get the results you are looking for. Then you’ll have to do more work to get back to where you started while achieving the results you want to achieve.

If you find less time finding ways to escape the work and more time doing the work, you will be able to get more accomplished. When you get more accomplished, you will be able to implement incredible ideas.

Cheated Out Of Growth

October 13, 2013 by Marc Guberti 8 Comments

When the caterpillar develops into a butterfly, it needs to break out of its cocoon. If you saw a butterfly struggling to get out of it’s cocoon, what would you do? Would you get some scissors to cut a big hole in the cocoon so the butterfly could get out faster?

The struggle is an important process for the butterfly because this struggle pushes the fluid out of its body and into its wings. Then, the butterfly emerges out of the cocoon and is eventually able to fly.

Let’s say you got the scissors and made a big hole in the cocoon. The butterfly would have come out with a swollen body and small, shriveled wings. The problem is without the struggle of getting out of the cocoon, the butterfly’s wings won’t grow in size. A butterfly who doesn’t have to go through the struggle of breaking out of the cocoon never gets to fly. The swollen body won’t go away either.

There are going to be struggles that we all must undertake. However, each struggle will be ended when we emerge victorious out of our cocoons. However, if you’re relying on someone else to cut out a portion of your cocoon so you can get out quicker, you are preventing yourself from growing.
